About Sign PDF
Sign forms, agreements and letters without printing and scanning. Draw your signature with a mouse, finger or stylus, or upload a photo of it — the white paper background can be removed automatically.
Place your signature on any page, move and resize it, and download the signed PDF. This adds a visible signature image; it isn't a certificate-based digital signature.

Sign PDF accepts one PDF file. Each file can be up to 50 MB. Files are checked when you add them, so anything that isn't a valid PDF file is rejected with an explanation.
No. Sign PDF runs in your browser, so your files stay on your device.
No. Sign PDF adds a visible image of your signature, like signing a printed page. It isn't a certificate-based digital signature, so it doesn't cryptographically prove who signed or detect later changes. Many everyday documents only need a visible signature, but if yours requires a qualified or certificate-based e-signature, check with the recipient.
No. Your signature is created and placed in your browser and is never uploaded. It's gone when you close the page.
Keep “Remove white background from uploads” switched on before uploading. It makes the paper around your signature transparent so it sits cleanly on the page.
