About Watermark PDF
Mark documents as drafts, confidential or copyrighted, or brand them with your logo. Type your watermark text or choose an image, and see it on your page before saving.
Adjust size, colour, opacity and angle, and choose which pages to stamp. The watermark is drawn into the pages in your browser — the PDF is never uploaded.

Watermark PDF FAQ
Watermark PDF accepts one PDF file. Each file can be up to 50 MB. Files are checked when you add them, so anything that isn't a valid PDF file is rejected with an explanation.
No. Watermark PDF runs in your browser, so your files stay on your device.
The watermark is drawn into the page content, so it isn't a separate layer that viewers can simply switch off. As with any PDF edit, someone with editing software could still work to remove it.
Text is added with the standard Helvetica font, which supports English and most Western European languages (including accented letters like é, ü and ñ). Other scripts such as Arabic, Chinese or Cyrillic aren't supported yet — the tool tells you if your text contains characters it can't add.
