About Remove PDF Metadata
PDFs often carry hidden details: the author's name, the software used, internal titles and creation dates. Before publishing or sharing a file, you may not want to give those away.
The tool first shows the metadata it finds, then removes the document properties, XMP metadata and hidden leftovers from earlier edits. The visible content of your pages isn't changed, and nothing is uploaded.

The visible content of your pages is not changed. Information inside embedded images (such as camera EXIF data) or inside attached files isn't removed by this tool.
